How to Renew Your Series Online

Welcome back! Lock in your seats for the season ahead and keep your subscriber benefits by renewing your subscription today. To renew your subscription online, follow these steps.

1. Log in to renew your subscription.
   • If you don’t know your username, it can be found on your subscription renewal order form that was mailed to you.
   • If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password?”
2. Once logged in, review your series by clicking “Offers & Season Tickets” on the left. On this page, you will see all your series that are available for renewal. Make your selections as follows:
   • If you would like to renew the same series, click the “Renew Series” button.
   • If you do not want to renew the same series, click the “Decline Series” button.
     (WARNING: By clicking the “Decline Series” button you will give up the seats you had in the previous season(s) and they will be made available to other subscribers. You will not be able to get them back. If you want to request new seats but keep your former seats in case your change request is not available, contact Patron Services after submitting your order.
   • If you would like to add another series, you can choose another here. After you place your order, reach out to Patron Services with any seating requests.
3. Review your selections on the next page, which will display your series, including your concerts and seats.
   • If you do not want to renew all of your series, click the orange X beside the series you do not want to renew.
     (Note: if you remove a series but decide you would like to add it back to your shopping cart, you must log out of your account, log back in, and click “Renew Season Tickets” on the left-hand side of the screen to access this series again.)
   • If you would like to renew only some of the seats in a series, please contact Patron Services.
4. (Optional) To renew multiple series, click on your offers at the top of the screen.
5. (Optional) Add special concerts and parking passes to your order by clicking “Add Special Concerts & Parking” in the menu bar. Ordering tickets now is the best way to guarantee your seats for these concerts, which are sure to sell out!
6. (Optional) Add a donation to your order by clicking “Add Contribution” in the menu bar. Please consider making a gift of $100 or any amount of your choice. Support from the thousands of subscribers like you makes everything we do possible. Thank you!
7. Review and confirm your entire order, including add-ons, by clicking “Proceed to Checkout” at the bottom of the screen.
   • If you need to update your contact information, submit your order and then contact Patron Services.
   • Enter your payment method, then click “Buy” to proceed to the final confirmation page.
8. You are done! Your subscription renewal for the 2026.27 season is complete. You will receive a receipt and order confirmation in your email shortly. Tickets will be mailed out one month before each concert.
