Can’t Use Your Tickets?
If you can no longer use your tickets, please let us know and allow someone else to attend! Call the Ticket Office at 651.291.1144 or choose from the following options:
Turn Back Your Tickets:
If you can no longer use your tickets or have the value of tickets to a canceled concert banked in your account, you have the option to turn back your tickets as a tax-deductible gift to the SPCO.**
Exchange Your Tickets:
Season ticket holders can exchange tickets from one concert to another for FREE. You may also bank tickets in your account for later use if you are unsure of what concert you would like to exchange into.”
Individual ticket holders may exchange into another concert for a one-time $6 fee.
Bank Your Tickets:
If you are a season ticket holder, you have the option to bank your tickets in your account for future use.
*Please note: Free tickets and tickets obtained as part of an SPCO Concert Membership have no set value, so they cannot be considered a tax-deductible gift to the SPCO. If you have reserved free tickets or have an SPCO Concert Membership, you are still encouraged to turn back your tickets if you cannot make it to a concert.
