Bequests
A bequest of any size is a simple and impactful way to include the SPCO in your legacy through a designation in your will or trust.
A bequest may be made for:
- A specific gift of cash, stock or securities; or
- A percentage of your estate after expenses are paid and after payment of any specific amounts designated to other beneficiaries
The following model language may be helpful to you and your attorney in drafting your bequest to The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra:
I hereby give and devise to The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra Society, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation,
the sum of $ _____________________ , or
_________________ % of the residue of my estate, or
the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
for its general, unrestricted purposes.

We encourage you to consult a professional advisor (such as an attorney, accountant or financial planner) to determine the giving vehicle that will best meet your needs.
