Club2030 Concert Membership Redemption
See below for instructions and frequently asked questions for reserving tickets with your Club2030 Concert Membership.
ATTEND AN UNLIMITED NUMBER OF SPCO CONCERTS FOR ONLY $5 PER MONTH.
What does “an unlimited number of concerts” mean?
For only $5 per month, you can see as many regular SPCO concerts as you want—it is your choice!
Which concerts can I attend with my concert membership?
Your concert membership grants you access to all regular SPCO concerts. The only concerts your membership cannot be used for are Musician Appreciation Concert, Arts Partnership co-presentations, special holiday performances and other special performances. Tickets for these events must be purchased separately.
View our season concert calendar.
Please note: Reserve tickets online or by calling our Ticket Office at 651.291.1144.
What’s the difference between a Concert Membership and a Club2030 Concert Membership?
Club2030 Concert Memberships are for people between the ages of 18 and 39.
So I don’t have to pay for a ticket to each concert I attend, it is just included in my monthly dues?
Yep! You pay only $5 per month to attend as many concerts as you want, no additional ticket charges apply, as long as you select seats in our scale 2 and 3 seating areas (over 80% of all SPCO tickets are located in scale 2 and 3, giving concert members access to the vast majority of seats throughout the season). Scale 1 seats (available at Ted Mann and the Ordway Concert Hall) can be reserved by Club2030 members for an additional $10 per ticket.
I just ordered my Club2030 Concert Membership. Can I start attending concerts immediately?
Once your order has been completed you can start reserving your seats! Members can start reserving tickets for the upcoming season in mid-August.
This is such a great deal – what’s the catch?
There is no catch! The SPCO is committed to making our concerts as accessible as possible to our community. That’s why we offer the most affordable ticket prices of any professional orchestra in the United States and why we created our concert membership program – our most affordable and flexible way to attend concerts ever! Visit thespco.org/musicforeveryone to learn more.
Do I need to reserve tickets, or can I just show up at a concert?
You can do either! Choose your own seats online in advance whenever you want to attend a concert or just show up at a concert to see if seats are available. Seating is subject to availability, so reserve your seats early for best availability.
How do I reserve seats?
Online: You can reserve your seat in advance by logging in to your SPCO account at thespco.org and selecting seats to the concerts you want to attend. You must be logged into your account to reserve tickets with your membership.
- If you’ve ordered tickets on our website before: Click “My Account” at the top of our homepage and log in using the same login info you’ve used in the past. If you don’t remember your password, click “Forgot your password?” and you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
- If you’ve never ordered tickets on our website: DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. Please call our Ticket Office at 651.291.1144 and we will assist you with setting up your account. Once you’ve set up your account, you can log in and start reserving your tickets.
- Choosing your seats: When you are logged in, the website will recognize that you are a Club2030 Concert Member and you will be able to reserve your seats free of charge. You can view upcoming concerts on our online concert calendar and once you’ve selected a concert you’d like to attend, click the “TICKETS” button to choose your seats. You can choose seats in our scale 2 and scale 3 sections at the Ordway and Ted Mann or any seat at our Neighborhood Series venues, which are green and purple in our online seating charts. The number of seats you can reserve per concert is based on the type of membership you ordered (if you have a 2-person membership, you can reserve 2 seats per concert). When selecting your seat pick the “Member – Club2030” price to receive your concert membership pricing.
- After you’ve completed your reservation: You can pick up your tickets at will call by presenting identification to Ticket Office staff. If you have any problems during the login and ticket reservation process, please call our Ticket Office.
By phone: You can reserve seats by calling our Ticket Office at 651.291.1144.
At the concert: If you don’t want to reserve seats in advance, you can show up at a concert and inquire about seat availability at the Ticket Office. The Ticket Office staff will look up your account to verify that you have an active membership and then work with you to find an available seat for that concert. The best way to ensure you can get a seat for the concerts you’d like to attend is to reserve your seats in advance online.
Which seats can I choose?
You can choose seats in our scale 2 and scale 3 sections at the Ordway and Ted Mann or any seat at our Neighborhood Series venues. If you choose a seat in our scale 1 areas at the Ordway or Ted Mann (the gold seats on our online seating charts) you will be charged the regular Club2030 price for that seat ($10 each). Over 80% of all SPCO seats are purple or green, so members have access to the vast majority of seats at SPCO concerts at no additional charge.
Price scales eligible for free Club2030 Concert Membership reservations:
If I have a 2, 3 or 4-person concert membership, can one person reserve the seats for each person in the family who has a membership?
Yes! Here’s an example: If you have a 2-person concert membership, one person can log in to your SPCO account at thespco.org and select up to two seats per concert (one for each person in your membership) so you can reserve both seats at the same time. You must be logged in to your account to reserve tickets. See login instructions above.
Am I guaranteed a seat?
Seating is subject to availability. Reserve your seats in advance for best availability. If a concert you want to attend is sold out, you can choose from dozens of other concerts to attend throughout the season, or you can keep trying to get tickets to the sold out concert as tickets are often turned back by others who are no longer able to attend.
If I really like my seats, can I get the same seats at all the concerts I attend?
Only set package season ticket holders are guaranteed the same seats to every concert in their package. If you reserve your seats early, you might be able to grab the same seats at some of your concerts. However, concert members are not guaranteed same seats for every concert.
I want to attend every concert! Can I reserve seats for every single concert at one time?
You may attend as many concerts as you want! Phone orders are restricted to 4 concerts per call during Membership Presale (mid-August).
Why can’t I find my name on the individual donors list?
Your monthly Concert Membership fee is not a donation to the SPCO – it is a fee that allows you to attend unlimited concerts each month. To make a contribution on top of your monthly Concert Membership fee, please visit www.thespco.org/contribute-now.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately. Your credit card will then be charged once per month on the same date of your initial concert membership purchase (i.e. if you order your concert membership on the 5th of the month, you will be charged on the 5th of every month thereafter). We auto bill your credit card every month, on the same day of the month that your concert membership was activated.
Are there any additional membership fees?
There is a one-time processing fee of $10.
What if I can’t make it to a concert I have reserved tickets for?
If you cannot attend a concert, please turn back your tickets so that others may attend. No need to exchange your tickets into another concert – you can just turn back your tickets for the concert you are unable to attend and then reserve tickets to a different concert by logging in to your account at thespco.org. Turning back your tickets is quick and easy – just visit thespco.org/turnback or call our Ticket Office at 651.291.1144. Please note: in the case of excessive no-shows (you miss multiple concerts without turning back your tickets in advance), the SPCO reserves the right to move you to a will-call-only concert membership, which means you will only be able to reserve seats in person at the box office the day of the concert.
Why do I have to provide you with an email address?
All our communications about concerts and membership benefits will be sent via email. We’ll send you emails about upcoming concerts you can attend with your concert membership, as well as courtesy reminder emails when you have tickets for a concert that is coming up. Concert reminders come complete with information about the program and alerts when heavy traffic and congestion are expected so you can allow extra time to get to the venue. Communicating via email allows us to get information to you as quickly as possible and saves on paper waste. It is the best way to keep you in the know about your concert membership.
Can I bring friends to concerts?
You cannot use your concert membership to get tickets for friends. Only concert members may reserve tickets and attend concerts with a membership. However, you may purchase additional tickets for friends while you are reserving your own tickets and you will be charged for the additional amount for your friends’ tickets. For example, if you have a 1-person concert membership and want to bring 2 friends with you to a concert, you may select 3 seats all together and as long as you are logged in to your account, you will only be charged for 2 of the seats and the 3rd seat will be free as part of your concert membership.
Can I bring my child to a concert?
Yes! Children ages 6 and up are welcome at all regular SPCO concerts, but they do need their own ticket in order to attend. Tickets for children ages 6–17 are free! Click here to learn more.
What is member presale?
As a special service to concert members, we offer the opportunity to get early access to the very best seats before regular membership reservations begin and before individual tickets go on sale to the public each year. Club2030 Concert Members can reserve tickets to performances in purple or green seat locations for a fee of only $5 per ticket. Tickets in gold seat locations are just $10 each for members of Club2030!
