Designed for families with children aged 3-6, Start the Music! is an engaging and exciting way to introduce a young listener to classical music. Mesmerized faces and aisle-dancing are common sights at this 30-minute concert that introduces your child to different instruments and then uses them for a “soundtrack” behind a children’s book, narrated by Joanna Cortright. Hands-on activities, crafts and instrument exploration begin 45 minutes prior to the concert.
