All programs and guest artists are subject to change without advance notice.

SPECIAL AUDIENCE SERVICES

Mobility Impaired

A limited number of reserved parking spaces, entrance ramps, elevators, wheelchair locations and handicapped-accessible restrooms are available at all performance locations. Please indicate your special needs when ordering tickets.

Hearing/Visually Impaired

Ordway and Ted Mann are equipped with infrared listening systems. Listening units are available at the Ordway First Aid Station and at the Ted Mann House Management Office. Large print programs are available at all performances upon request and Braille programs are available with one month advance notice from the date of the concert.

Unable to use your tickets?

Exchange your tickets up to two hours prior to the concert, subject to availability. Exchanges for non-season ticket holders are restricted to performances of the same concert and are subject to service fees. Can't find a concert to exchange into? Return your tickets and receive a receipt for their value as a fully tax-deductible contribution. Simply call 651.291.1144 before the start of the concert.

Refunds

We regret that no refunds can be made. All ticket sales are final upon receipt of cash, check or authorized credit card number.

Personal Electronics

As a courtesy to the performers and your fellow concert attendees, we ask that all cellular phones, pagers and electronic devices be turned off prior to performances. Cameras, recording equipment and large bags are not allowed at any of our locations.

Children

Children are welcome at the SPCO! For the best concert experience, we recommend that families with children ages 3-6 attend our Start the Music! events and families with elementary-aged children check out our xplorchestra! events at The Music Room or Family Concerts at Ordway.

Are your kids ready for a regular SPCO concert? Children ages 6-17 can attend regular SPCO concerts with an adult for only $5 per child. (Maximum of two children's tickets per adult). All children, regardless of age, must be accompanied by an adult and have a ticket to enter the hall. Simply call 651.291.1144 to purchase children’s tickets.    

Late Arrivals

Performances always begin promptly as scheduled.  If you are late, you will be seated at an appropriate point by one of our usher staff.  Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or price adjustments if you arrive late for a performance. 

Cancellations & Postponements

In the event of dangerous weather conditions, performances may be postponed or cancelled. If this occurs, please do not discard your tickets. All ticket-holders will be contacted with further information about their ticketing options following a postponement/cancellation.

Emergency Messages

In the event of an emergency, a caller with your seat location may request that you be located. An usher will notify you as soon as possible and escort you to a telephone. 651.291.1144 may be used as an emergency number until 8:30 during all SPCO concerts.
