Which concerts can I attend with my concert membership?
Your concert membership grants you access to all regular SPCO concerts. The only concerts your membership cannot be used for are Target Free Family Music events, Liquid Music performances and special holiday performances (December 12-21). Tickets for these events must be purchased separately.

Do I need to reserve tickets, or can I just show up at a concert?
You can do either! Choose your own seats online in advance whenever you want to attend a concert or just show up at a concert to see if seats are available. Seating is subject to availability, so reserve your seats early for best availability. If a concert you want to attend is sold out, you can sign up for the waiting list for that concert and we will contact you if seats become available.
How do I reserve seats?
Online: Starting on August 19, you can reserve your seat in advance by logging in to your SPCO account at thespco.org and selecting seats to the concerts you want to attend.
- If you’ve ordered tickets on our website before: Click “My Account” at the top of our homepage and log in using the same login info you’ve used in the past. If you don't remember your password, click "Need Password" and you'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
- If you’ve never ordered tickets on our website: DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. Please call our Ticket Office at 651.291.1144 and we will assist you with setting up your account. Once you’ve set up your account, you can log in and start reserving your tickets.
- Choosing your seats: When you are logged in, the website will recognize that you are a member and you will be able to reserve your seats free of charge. You can view upcoming concerts on our online concert calendar and once you’ve selected a concert you’d like to attend, click the “TICKETS” button to choose your seats. You can choose seats in our $10 and $25 price scales, which are color coded green and purple online. The number of seats you can reserve per concert is based on the type of membership you ordered (if you have a 2-person membership, you can reserve 2 seats per concert).
- After you’ve completed your reservation: You will receive your tickets in the mail or can pick them up at will call if your concert is coming up soon. If you have any problems during the login and ticket reservation process, please call our Ticket Office.
By phone: You can reserve seats by calling our Ticket Office at 651.291.1144.
At the concert: If you don’t want to reserve seats in advance, you can show up at a concert and inquire about seat availability at the box office. The box office staff will look up your account to verify that you have an active membership and then work with you to find an available seat for that concert. The best way to ensure you can get a seat for the concerts you’d like to attend is to reserve your seats in advance online.
Which seats can I choose?
You can choose seats in our $10 and $25 price scales. If you choose a seat in our $40 price scale, you will be charged the full price for that seat as $40 seats are not eligible for membership redemption. Over 80% of all SPCO seats are $10 or $25, so members have access to the vast majority of seats at SPCO concerts.

If I have a 2, 3, or 4-person concert membership, can one person reserve the seats for each person in the family who has a membership?
Yes! Here’s an example: If you have a 2-person concert membership, one person can log in to your SPCO account at thespco.org and select up to two seats per concert (one for each person in your membership) so you can reserve both seats at the same time. You must be logged in to your account to reserve tickets. See login instructions above.
I want to attend every concert! Can I reserve seats for every single concert at one time?
You may attend as many concerts as you want, but you can only reserve tickets to four different concerts at one time. If you would like to reserve seats for more than four concerts, you will need to do so in separate transactions.
What if I can’t make it to a concert I have reserved tickets for?
If you cannot attend a concert, please turn back your tickets so that others may attend. No need to exchange your tickets into another concert – you can just turn back your tickets for the concert you are unable to attend and then reserve tickets to a different concert by logging in to your account at thespco.org. Turning back your tickets is quick and easy – just visit thespco.org/turnback or call our Ticket Office at 651.291.1144. Please note: in the case of excessive no-shows, the SPCO reserves the right to move you to a will-call-only membership, which means you will only be able to reserve seats in person at the box office the day of the concert.
Can I bring friends to concerts?
You cannot use your membership to get tickets for friends. Only members may reserve tickets and attend concerts with a membership. However, you may purchase additional tickets for friends while you are reserving your own tickets and you will be charged for the additional amount for your friends’ tickets. For example, if you have a 1-person membership and want to bring 2 friends with you to a concert, you may select 3 seats all together and as long as you are logged in to your account, you will only be charged for 2 of the seats and the 3rd seat will be free as part of your membership.
Can I bring my child to a concert?
Yes! Children ages 6 and up are welcome at all regular SPCO concerts, but they do need their own ticket in order to attend. Tickets for children ages 6-17 are only $5 per concert, or you can order a regular concert membership for your child and he or she can attend with you for $5 per month.
