How to Purchase Tickets
Ordering Online
Tickets for available Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra events can be purchased online 24 hours a day. Browse our Events Calendar to find concerts you want to attend during the current season. (Tickets for individual concerts for the 2012-13 season will be available in August 2012. Click here to see a list of season ticket packages for the 2012-13 season.)
When you've found a concert you'd like to attend, simply click the "Tickets" button to select the price section and number of seats you want to purchase. Then click "Secure Checkout." Continue shopping or click "Proceed to Checkout" which will take you to your shopping cart.
Online payment is by credit card only: VISA, MasterCard, and Discover cards are accepted. Tickets for orders received by four days prior to the concert will be mailed. All other tickets will be held at the box office for pick-up.
You will receive an automated confirmation email within 15 minutes if your submitted form was received.
Online orders placed at least 5 business days prior to a concert will be mailed out. Online orders placed less than 5 business days prior to a concert will be held in will call if there is not time to mail tickets.

Phone orders for all performances are subject to a service fee of $3.00 per ticket with a maximum fee of $9.00 per transaction. Credit cards, gift certificates and checks are accepted for payment. Gift Certificates and checks must be received prior to the concert in order to confirm your order. Tickets can be held for pick-up at the box office or mailed if your order was placed at least seven days in advance of the concert.

The Box Office will open 90 minutes prior to the start of the concert at most venues. The Box Office at Ted Mann concert hall opens 60 minutes prior to the start of the concert. Credit cards, gift certificates, checks and cash are accepted for payment.
Refunds
We regret that no refunds can be made. All ticket sales are final upon receipt of cash, check, or authorized credit card number.
